Whistleblower Protection

The identity of a whistleblower is strictly protected, and no individual shall suffer any disadvantage,
retaliation, or discrimination as a result of their report.

Guidelines for Reporting

    Please provide reports in a specific and detailed manner, following the Six Ws (Who, What, When, Where, Why, and How).

    Slander not based on facts or matters related purely to private life will not be processed. NCK reserves the right to omit responses for issues other than employee misconduct.

    Investigation principles apply to reports submitted under a real name. Anonymous reports will also be investigated if the content is specific and the factual basis is clear.

    If you wish to receive a response regarding the outcome of your report, we will notify you via telephone or e-mail as soon as possible.
